About Us

475 Solutions was founded by our President and CEO Kevin Shook. A dedicated father of three, Kevin is known for his tireless work ehtic – both in business and in the community. When he’s not focused on providing value to his clients and employees, you will likely find him on the fields coaching. Kevin is passionate about youth sports and spends countless hours mentoring young athletess, helping them develop their atheltic skill and teamwork. He currently coaches baseball, football, and golf but has been involved with a variety of other sports over the years.

Kevin’s journey to helping small business owners began during his career as a Professional Long Driver in golf. Kevin achieved remarkable succcess, including being ranked #1 in the world in 2011 and maintaing a spot in the world’s top 10 multiple times throughout his career. In 2023 he secured 1st place in both the 35 and over and the 40 and over divisions in the Ultimate Long Drive tour. His longest drive in competition was an incredible 475 yards – a feat that inspired the company name. Through out his golfing career, Kevin often participate in charity golf events, helping organizations raise funds for their causes. This experience introduce him to hundreds of business owners across various industries. He quickly recognized a common challenge they all faced – rising utility costs without knowing there were cost-saving solutions available. Realizing he could make a difference, Kevin decided to take action.

He approached his long-time friend, Tim Rush – now Sales and Operations Manager of 475 Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in sales, much of it focused on helping business owners save money on esssential servicees like internet, phones, TV, electricity and gas, Tim was the perfect partner. Together they researched the biggest challnges business owners face and established partnerships wih the best providers nationwide. 475 Solutions was born from their shared vision of helping businesses save money without sacrificing quality.
